診断：中隔の跳ね返り（吸気時に心室中隔が左室方向へ過剰運動している） 心室間の相互依存を意味し，収縮性心膜炎でしばしば観察される Diagnosis: Septal bounce (leftward motion of the ventricular septum during inspiration) A sign of ventricular interdependence and typically seen in constrictive pericarditis |
