診断：孤立性心筋緻密化障害，心尖部の可動性血栓

鉄棒の大車輪の如く，血栓が肉柱の周りを回転している

Diagnosis: Isolated ventricular noncompaction, Mobile thrombus in the apex

Thrombus going circles around the trabeculation, just like a giant swing
