高血圧性心疾患
心尖部から下壁で核種の欠損
診断：下壁から心尖部の交感神経障害（欠損は正常でないことが多い）

Hypertensive heart disease
Tracer defect in the apex and the inferior wall
Diagnosis: Impaired sympathetic nerve in inferior and apical walls (defect may not be normal)
