スペクト（単光子放出型コンピュータ断層）
初期像で良好に集積し，後期像で下壁に軽度の集積低下
診断：正常（下壁の軽度集積低下は稀ではない）

SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography)
Good initial tracer uptake and mild reduction in the inferior wall on delayed images
Diagnosis: Normal findings (mild abnormalities in the inferior wall are not rare)
