安静タリウム　Rest thallium-201

急性心筋梗塞
心尖部に欠損，前壁中隔に集積低下と逆再分布，下壁も固定性欠損
診断：心尖部梗塞（前壁中隔は救済），下壁の陳旧性心筋梗塞

Acute myocardial infarction
Apical defect, anteroseptal hypoperfusion with reverse redistribution, and inferior fixed defect
Diagnosis: Apical infarction (with salvaged ateroseptal myocardium), prior inferior infarction
