安静タリウム＆ピロリン酸　Rest thallium-201 & Tc-99m pyrophosphate

急性心筋梗塞
タリウムは下壁で低下し，ピロリン酸は下壁と中隔，そして右室に集積している（短軸像）
診断：右室梗塞を伴った下壁と中隔の急性梗塞（ピロリン酸は右室梗塞の描出に有用）

Acute myocardial infarction
Note pyrophosphate accumulation in the RV as well as the inferior wall and the septum
Diagnosis: Acute infarction in the RV, and inferior and septal walls (usefull for RV infarction)
