安静タリウム＆ピロリン酸　Rest thallium-201 & Tc-99m pyrophosphate

二核種イメージング（タリウムとピロリン酸）のスペクト
上段はタリウム像，中段はピロリン酸像，下段は両者の癒合像（ピロリン酸が赤）
ピロリン酸は急性期梗塞に集積するため，両者の重なる部分は高度の虚血にさらされた生存心筋

SPECT of dual nuclide imaging (thallium & pyrophosphate)
Thallium is shown on the top, pyrophosphate, on the middle, and the fusion, on the bottom
Pyrophosphate is sensitive for acute infarction; overlap indicates severely ischemic but viable
