適する核種の選択方法
心筋灌流を評価する負荷タリウムあるいは負荷テトロフォスミン／ミビが第一選択である
負荷ができない場合や冠攣縮の評価にはその他を選択（エムアイビージーは心不全で考慮）

How to choose appropriate nuclear species
Myocardial perfusion with stress thallium or tetrofosmin/MIBI is recommended as first choice
Consider others at risk during exercise or in coronary spasm, and MIBG for heart failure
